valueIQ Subprocessor List

This is the current list of subprocessors that valueIQ Technologies Inc. ("valueIQ," "we") authorizes to process Personal Data in connection with the valueIQ Services, maintained under Section 5 of the valueIQ Data Processing Addendum. It's incorporated by reference into the valueIQ Terms of Service (§12.3) and the DPA (§5.1).

We'll post updates here at least 30 days before a new subprocessor begins processing Controller Personal Data, except where a shorter period is necessary to address a security, legal, or operational need — consistent with Section 5.3 of the DPA, which also describes how to object.

Notes

Subprocessors may process Personal Data only as necessary to provide the valueIQ Services, and are contractually required to adhere to data protection and security obligations no less protective than valueIQ's own, per Section 5.2 of the DPA.
valueIQ may update this list from time to time, in accordance with Section 5.3 of the DPA.
