Build value intelligence into the AI your team already uses
Give Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and your own agents a value model they can reason with: generated for your product, compared with the competitor in the deal, and priced alongside it. Chatbots, Claude Skills and internal agents are supported today. Customer-facing applications are coming soon.
- OAuth 2.1 with PKCE
- Runs under your own permissions
- Nothing sends on its own
- Deal data is not used for model training
Your AI can write. Can it reason about value?
A general-purpose assistant will write a fluent business case in seconds. The trouble starts when finance asks where the numbers came from.
- The figures come from the prompt and the model's general knowledge, so nobody can trace them to a source.
- Each person pastes different context, so two people get two answers for the same deal.
- Assumptions are guessed, and the customer never confirms them.
- Every new workflow starts from scratch, with no shared model of how your product creates value.
What your AI gets that a prompt can't give it
A value model generated for your product.
valueIQ generates a value model for your product from its website and name: the value drivers, the equation behind each one, and cited market benchmarks. There is no framework to write first, and your AI reads the model through the MCP Server.
Competitor value models and pricing analysis on the same deal.
Attach a competitor's value model to a deal and compare it with yours driver by driver. Pull competitor pricing analysis from 2,000+ analyzed pricing pages. The comparison is about what each option is worth to this buyer.
A business case built from both.
Your AI gets an executive-ready business case in which every number shows whether it is a market default, a figure the seller set or a number the customer confirmed.
Consistent outputs across people and tools. Numbers you can inspect. Less pasted context. You decide what is sent.
What is value intelligence?
Value intelligence is a company's ability to define, quantify, price, communicate and prove the value it creates for its customers. It is an organizational capability, like engineering or marketing, that can be built and measured on purpose.
It shows up in four functions: selling, pricing, delivering and renewing. valueIQ supplies the software side of that capability, so your AI has a value model to work from.

One value system, two lifecycles
The product side.
Define your product's value in a model, put numbers on it for a customer in a deal's business case, and compare it with the competitor's.
The customer side.
Capture customer-confirmed inputs on every deal. Start the renewal conversation from the business case agreed at signature.
Coming soonOutcome feedback and automated realization tracking are coming soon.
How the pieces fit: a Skill, MCP and valueIQ
The Skill explains how to do the work. MCP gives your AI access to the systems that do it.
| Piece | What it does |
|---|---|
| Generative AI | Writes and reasons from the context it is given. |
| A Skill | Instructions for how the work is done: the steps, the questions to ask and the review rules. |
| MCP | An open standard that connects your AI to the systems that do the work, with the permissions you already have. |
| valueIQ | The value and pricing intelligence your AI calls: value models, business cases, competitor value models and pricing analysis. |
Use a Skill alone when the work is a procedure.
Use MCP alone when your AI only needs access.
Use both when your AI needs to follow a method and call real intelligence.

Start with one workflow
Deal value agent
An agent in Claude reads a deal, asks for the inputs that are missing (no more than five questions), generates the business case, and drafts a follow-up for you to review. Nothing is sent without you.
Value story Skill
A Skill that turns an approved business case into the format each stakeholder needs: a sales deck, a one-pager, an executive briefing, a discovery guide or a co-session discovery guide.
Competitive value response
When a buyer says a competitor is cheaper, your agent pulls the competitor's pricing analysis and compares the two value models driver by driver, then drafts a response for you to review. The competitor's value model must already be in the workspace.
Value realization planning
A planning workflow your team runs in its own AI over the approved business case, to agree what will be measured after signature. Automated realization tracking is coming soon.
What's inside a valueIQ value model
A valueIQ value model exists at the product level and at the deal level. It records, for every number, whether it is a market default, a figure the seller set or a number the customer confirmed.
You can see what each number depends on. For a worked example, read valueIQ's own public value model. The model follows The Value Project, an open standard that valueIQ initiated.
Security and control
- Your AI connects with OAuth 2.1 and PKCE, so there are no long-lived keys to manage.
- Every call runs under the signed-in user's own identity and workspace permissions.
- Workspace data is isolated with row-level security.
- Every call is logged. Enterprise customers can read the audit log through the API.
- valueIQ does not use deal data passed through MCP connections for model training.
- You can revoke a connected AI client from workspace settings.
- Nothing sends, presents or publishes on its own. Drafts come back for you to review.
Our SOC 2 Type II audit is underway (started September 2026).
Getting started
- Choose one workflow.
- Decide which source of truth the AI should use.
- Connect the MCP Server.
- Add your instructions or a Skill.
- Test it on a real deal.
- Set the review rules for what can be sent.
- Measure whether the first workflow saves time or improves the case.
What it costs
Reading deals, coaching and drafting are free. Creating a deal or generating a deck uses credits. See the pricing page for the plans.
Frequently asked questions
valueIQ supplies what the capability needs from software: a generated value model for your product, competitor value models and pricing analysis on the same deal, and business cases built from both. The capability itself, who owns it and how the company uses it, stays with the company.
A chatbot works from what you paste and what the model already knows. With valueIQ connected, your AI works from a value model with drivers, equations and cited benchmarks, and every number shows where it came from.
No. Build the workflow and call the engine. If you already have a framework, you can put it in and the platform runs on yours.
