valueIQ MCP Server

Overview

The valueIQ MCP Server puts value intelligence inside the AI tools your team already uses. Connect once and your live deals, value models, and pricing intelligence are available in every session — no copy-pasting, no tab switching.

Prerequisites

An active valueIQ account (valueiq.ai/signup)
An MCP-compatible AI client (see supported platforms below)

Authentication is handled by the client on first use — you'll be prompted to sign in to valueIQ via OAuth and approve the connection. No token to copy.

Setup by platform

Add valueIQ as a custom Connector — works the same way on claude.ai, Claude Desktop, Cowork, and mobile.

Open Connectors settings. Go to Settings → Connectors (some client versions show this as Customize → Connectors).

Add the valueIQ connector. Click + Add custom connector and paste the server URL:

Connect and authenticate. Click Add, then Connect to approve the OAuth consent screen. No API key or OAuth client ID/secret needed.

On Team/Enterprise plans, an org Owner adds the connector first under Organization Settings → Connectors; members then click Connect to authenticate individually.

Privacy

MCP calls run with your valueIQ identity and respect the same workspace permissions as the app. Revoke a connected client anytime from your workspace developer settings.

What you can do once connected

Once the valueIQ MCP Server is connected, ask your AI tool to:

Generate a value case — "Build a value case for [company] using [product]."
Coach a deal — "What's the highest-leverage play for this deal right now?"
Handle a pricing objection — "The buyer says [competitor] is cheaper. How should I respond?"
Draft a CFO summary — "Write an executive summary for the economic buyer at [company]."
Check deal health — "What are the risk factors in this deal based on what we know?"

The assistant draws on your live deal data, your workspace's value models, and valueIQ's competitive pricing intelligence — not a generic framework.

Privacy and permissions

MCP calls run under your valueIQ identity. The assistant sees exactly what you see in the app — nothing from other accounts, nothing outside your workspace scope.

valueIQ does not use deal data passed through MCP connections for model training.

To revoke a connected client: go to Workspace Settings → Developer and remove the connection. The client loses access immediately.
