Plans and credits
valueIQ is priced on credits. Every plan gives your workspace a monthly allocation, and each action that runs a build or produces a download draws from it. This page covers what each plan includes, what the main actions cost, and how the credit pool behaves from month to month.

How credits work
Credits belong to the workspace. They are pooled at workspace level and spent by whoever does the work, not held per user. On a Teams plan the whole team draws from one pool.
Unused credits roll over for one month. What you do not spend this month carries into the next, capped at one month's allocation. Credits do not accumulate beyond that.
Different kinds of credit are spent in a fixed order. If your workspace holds more than one kind, valueIQ spends one-time credit packs first, then your plan credits, then rollover credits, then promotional credits. Credit packs expire after 12 months and promotional credits after 90 days.
Failed processing is refunded. If a build fails part-way through, the credits it drew are returned to the workspace automatically.

These are the canonical costs for the actions most people run in their first month.

Product and deal charges recur each month while the product or deal is active, so an archived product stops drawing credits.
Pricing analysis is cached
A pricing analysis is cached for 90 days. Running the same URL again inside that window costs nothing. You only pay when you download a report, and you can preview it before you decide.
Credits and the MCP Server
Connecting the valueIQ MCP Server is free. Once connected, an assistant works under your valueIQ identity and against your workspace's credit pool, so an action that costs credits in the app costs the same when the assistant runs it.
