Analyse a pricing page

The Pricing Intelligence Agent reads a public pricing page and returns structured pricing data with analytical frameworks applied. Use it to know what the market charges before a buyer tells you a competitor is cheaper.

Before you start. You need the URL of a public pricing page. The agent crawls what is publicly available; it does not access gated or private pricing.

What the agent does

Submit a URL and the pipeline crawls the page, captures a full-page screenshot, and extracts the pricing structure into a consistent format: tiers, features, billing models, usage metrics, add-ons, discount structures and disclaimers. It then adds market context and competitive positioning, and applies the analytical frameworks that make up the Standard and Advanced reports.

The output is the same shape for every competitor, so comparisons across your competitive set are straightforward, and the pricing page screenshot sits alongside the report so you can check the source data directly.

Submit a pricing page

The Pricing Intelligence Agent runs at pricing.valueiq.ai. It shares a workspace and credit pool with the rest of valueIQ.

  1. Paste the URL. The dashboard has a URL input at the top. Enter the competitor's pricing page address and start the analysis.
  2. Add documents if you have them (optional). Upload competitor sales decks, proposals captured in the field, analyst reports or your own pricing collateral alongside the URL. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PDF and image files are supported. The analysis incorporates both the public page and what you upload.
  3. Wait for the run. Analysis takes roughly 30 minutes, with status updates while it runs. A completion email lets you know when it is done.
  4. Open the analysis. Each analysis has a detail page with the screenshot and the report purchase options, and a report viewer with section navigation.

If the page has no pricing data on it, the analysis reports that and no credits are consumed. Credits are also refunded automatically if a run fails.

Credits, the 90-day cache and community analyses

A Standard report costs 30 credits and an Advanced report costs 120. Credits are deducted on download, and you can preview before paying.

Analyses are cached for 90 days. If anyone in your workspace runs the same URL within that window, they get the existing analysis at no credit cost, so one run covers the team. You can force a fresh analysis when the page has changed.

The Community feed shows public analyses run by other users on the platform. Add one to your workspace library at no credit cost. Your library, at My Intelligence Library, holds everything the team has run or added, and downloaded reports are collected under My Reports.

Team workspaces

Every analysis is workspace property. Workspace members share the library, can add community analyses to it, and manage shared report access under owner, admin and member roles. Each workspace can also manage its own API keys.

Inside a deal

The same analysis is available inside a valueIQ deal for the prospect's likely alternatives: structured pricing data, the COMPASS framework assessment and competitive positioning. The Deal Copilot draws on it when you ask how to respond to a pricing objection, and it feeds business case generation, so a rep can answer "they're cheaper" with the competitor's actual tier structure rather than an assertion.

Tip. Run the analysis on your own pricing page as well. Seeing your tiers through the same frameworks shows you what a buyer comparing the two pages will see.
