About valueIQ
valueIQ is a value and pricing intelligence platform for B2B sales, customer success and pricing teams. It quantifies the economic value your product delivers to a specific customer and turns that into an executive-ready business case. Two products share one workspace and one credit pool: the Value Sales Agent for value models, deals, coaching and business cases, and the Pricing Intelligence Agent for competitor pricing analysis.
A general assistant does not know your product's value model, your market benchmarks or your customer's data. Ask it for a business case and you get plausible numbers that an economic buyer will question in the first minute. valueIQ builds every business case from structured, traceable data: every number has a source and every calculation has an equation. The Deal Copilot already knows the deal, so you do not have to paste the context in each time.
An ROI calculator is a spreadsheet with fixed inputs. A valueIQ value model is a system of equations, one per value driver, with variables sourced from market benchmarks and then refined with what the customer confirms. Sensitivity analysis shows which variables move the result most, and the business case updates as those variables change. The calculator gives you a number. The value model gives you a number you can defend.
Sales teams (account executives, sales engineers, SDRs), value engineering and enablement teams, product marketing, and revenue leaders who want to reduce discounting and speed up deals. It is built for sales-led B2B software companies.
A value model for each product, a customer-specific business case for each deal, deal coaching grounded in that business case, conversation starters and follow-up emails, and presentation-ready outputs including executive briefings, one-pagers, value summary emails and PowerPoint decks. The Pricing Intelligence Agent produces structured competitor pricing reports.
Value models and business cases
A system of equations that estimates the economic value your product provides to a buyer. It is made of value drivers, each with its own equation and variables. valueIQ generates the model from your website and product name, with market-sourced benchmarks for each variable. See How a value model is built.
A public value model is generated from public data only, such as a company URL and pricing page. Anyone could build it from the same sources. The moment you add internal context (deal data, customer names, proprietary assumptions, internal benchmarks), the model becomes private. Private models are your intellectual property, valueIQ does not access them, and they are never used to train a model. See Security and data.
The executive-ready output valueIQ generates for a deal: a cited, structured account of the value your product delivers to that customer, built from the value model and the deal's confirmed variables. In the app, business cases are generated from Value Stories in Deal Studio and can be previewed in the app or exported.
The numbers start from market benchmarks and are refined with customer-specific data as discovery progresses. Each variable carries a provenance badge that shows whether it is a market default, seller-set, seller-confirmed or customer-confirmed, so the economic buyer can see where every input came from. Model Insights shows which variables drive most of the value, which tells you what to validate before the executive review. Treat the first version as directionally right and refine it.
Yes, and you should. You can edit any variable, replace a market estimate with a figure the customer confirmed, switch value drivers on or off for a deal, and edit the generated text in a business case. Every change to a business case writes a new version you can restore. All AI-generated analysis should be reviewed by a person before it goes into a high-stakes decision.
Getting started and connections
Your company website and product name. That is enough to generate a value model. Product sheets, battle cards and pricing documents sharpen it but are optional. For a deal, add the prospect's website URL and the customer problem; the more context you give, the more specific the coaching.
A value model is generated in under 30 minutes. The background job typically runs 15 to 20 minutes and notifies you when it finishes. From creating an account to a first business case is about 20 minutes. No training is required.
No. valueIQ works on its own. A SugarCRM integration is in beta for users with beta access, and Salesforce and HubSpot connectors are coming soon.
Yes. The MCP Server at mcp.valueiq.ai connects Claude, Cursor, VS Code Copilot and ChatGPT to your deals and value models, with sign-in through OAuth. A REST API with scoped keys is in beta. See MCP Server.
Business cases preview in the app and export to PowerPoint (.pptx) and PDF. Downloading a business case also freezes a value-locked version, so what the customer saw stays reconstructable. Value model packages can be exported as JSON in beta.
Plans, teams and data
Yes. The Free plan includes 500 credits a month, enough to build a value model from public data, create deals and use the Deal Copilot before you commit budget. See Plans and credits.
Credits are pooled per workspace and spent per action. Creating a product from public data costs 300 credits a month while it is active, a private product 3,000, and a deal 200. Downloading a presentation costs 30 credits, and each team member beyond the first costs 1,000 credits a month. Paid plans roll over unused credits up to one month's allocation, one-time credit packs cover bursts, and credits spent on a failed job are refunded automatically.
Yes, with beta access. Team workspaces let you invite members by email and assign Owner, Admin, Member or Viewer roles. Members share value models, deals and Deal Copilot context, and admins can see the whole team's pipeline. See Members and roles.
Every workspace is isolated with row-level security on every table, access follows the four-role hierarchy, and documents are stored privately behind signed URLs. Assistants connected through MCP see only what you see and can be revoked from Workspace Settings. Private value models are never used for training. See Security and data.
